At Black Swan Events, our goal is to make this process enjoyable, worry-free, and also a lot of fun.

We grew up in multicultural Montreal,
surrounded by gorgeous venues, world renown festivals, and an incredible nightlife.
It was always been our dream to plan events.

With a background working in administrative roles we have been responsible for planning a variety of professional occasions including executive retreats, incentive programming, appreciation events, organizational milestones, team-building, and more.
​
We have also worked with private clients planning bridal showers and bachelorettes for brides to be, baby showers for expectant mothers, children's and adult birthday parties, anniversaries, holiday events, and other special occasions..
We studied for 3 years with QC Event School and proudly graduated early 2020 with the designation IEPP: International Event Planning Professional.

We have also completed an additional certification with QC Event School in Virtual Events, graduated February 2021.
