We love that you are hands on. You enjoy planning. & You may or may not have it all figured out! You have a type-A personality where you like to be in control (relatable), but you also want to be able to enjoy the fun on your special day. 'Day Of' Event Coordination allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds. If there will be someone on-site from your venue, their responsibility is to hold up their end of the contract, OUR focus is all on you. This service starts 4-8 weeks prior to your event. You've got all your ducks in a row and major components have already been accounted for. Together, we will work on a timeline, review your event layout, discuss your vision, your wants, and your needs, and create a detailed plan so that you can enjoy your big day. If there are foreseeable issues, or anything that comes up the day of the event, we will suggest where adjustments can be made and be prepared to problem solve and make decisions on your behalf to ensure that everything unfolds smoothly, according to your plan.
